P2V – Booking Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

P2V Group Limited (trading as P2V) is a UK-registered company and acts as the organiser of package travel arrangements within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “PTRs”).

2. Your Booking

A booking is confirmed once: - We have received your completed booking form - We have received your deposit payment of £200 per person - You have accepted these Booking Terms & Conditions

The total package price for the March trip is £1,295 per person.

3. Payments

·         A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure your place

·         The balance is payable no later than 8 weeks before the start of the trip

·         Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking

4. What Is Included

Your package includes the elements listed in the Welcome Pack. Flights are expressly excluded and must be arranged independently by the guest.

5. Changes by You

If you wish to make changes to your booking after confirmation, we will try to accommodate these where possible. Changes may not always be possible and may incur additional costs.

6. Cancellation by You

If you cancel your booking: - The £200 deposit is non-refundable - Cancellations made less than 8 weeks before departure may result in loss of further amounts paid, depending on costs incurred

We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation.

7. Changes or Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to make minor changes to the arrangements. If we are required to make a significant change or cancel your trip, you will be offered: - An alternative trip (where available), or - A full refund of monies paid

8. Health & Fitness

By booking, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in padel and related activities and accept responsibility for assessing your own fitness to take part.

9. Travel Insurance

Adequate travel insurance is a condition of booking. Failure to obtain suitable insurance may result in refusal to participate in certain activities.

10. Responsibility & Liability

We are responsible for the proper performance of the travel services included in your package, as required under the PTRs.

However, we are not responsible for: - Services not included in your package - Acts or omissions of third parties unrelated to the provision of your booked services - Activities arranged independently by you

11. Insolvency Protection

In accordance with the Package Travel Regulations, your payments are protected in the event of our insolvency.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
